11. Pricing
All pricing are clearly stated for each individual product on their respective page. All pricing is in U.S. currency only.
12. Payment
Payment is due in full in order to purchase any product. Monthly payment options are available and are clearly stated near or next to the full payment amount. We accept Visa and Master Card only. Sorry, no checks.
13. Shipping
US Orders:
We use UPS and/or Federal Express, and will email you a tracking number. All orders are shipped out within 3 business days, if the product is in inventory. If it is not in inventory we will notify you via your provide email address. We can ship to your home or office.
14. Return Policies/Exchanges/Refunds
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your experience, you can get a full refund within the first 30 days of your order. You must contact us within 24 hours of the 30 day ending period to receive your full refund. You must contact us via an email AND telephone call to request your refund. If we do not hear from you within the first 30 days of receipt, no returns will be accepted thereafter. There are no exchanges available. Refunds will be returned within 7 days of the valid request.
